Blue Viper Snakes
Blue viper snakes are a small snake and their scientific name is Trimeresurus Insularis. The are found across the Lesser Sunda Islands of Indonesia.
Blue viper snakes come in different shades and colours of blue. There is dark blue, light blue, normal blue and cyan. They also have smooth scales, pink nostrils and a very long tongue.
Blue viper snakes live from 12-18 years and the max is 24 years. Their predators are large mammals and birds. Blue viper snakes predators eat venomous snakes.
Blue vipers are around 2 feet and 61cm in size. They are one of the smallest poisonous snakes in their range.
