I want to go to Australia because my cousins live there and I haven’t been to Australia since I was 3 years old. When I go to Australia I want to go and see the koalas. They look so cute and fluffy. I want to go to Brisbane in Australia. I also want to go to the dream world because it looks so fun and I love theme parks because they are just so fun they have really cool rides.

Where I am from

Today I had to write a story about where I am from.
I live in Papakura and I was also born in Papakura. I live in the Pahurehure area.
Papakura is a suburb in Auckland, the Maori meaning is Papa meaning earth or flat and kura meaning red or rich soil.

One day I was thinking about our neighbour Neil so I went to his house because he lives alone. Every Sunday we get him fish and chips because he can’t drive. I visit him often and talk to him. Neil is very nice and kind.

For my tower I used a cardboard box,paper,a pencil and sellotape. I like my building because I like making things and I like being creative. My tower is 5 storeys high and it has 8 rooms.

Today we had to watch a story Iggy peck architect  and make a google doc and on the class site there were some questions of some things that were in the story.

No because the building will just fall.
